Delivery Information

In the event there is no one to receive/sign for your package on the first delivery, United Parcel Service (UPS) will make two additional attempts to deliver, after which the package will be returned to ALTERNATIVE CHOICES HEALING CENTER.

Packages delivered by UPS in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to your local UPS office. Please retain the original shipping carton for UPS examination. Following their inspection of the package, UPS will pick up the damaged product(s) and handle all the details of the claim and will notify ALTERNATIVE CHOICES HEALING CENTER.

The office is in Arizona so if you live there, 8.55% sales tax will be applied to your order.

Postage and Handling Information

All products will be sent through the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail at the following rates (all include a handling and packaging fee):

Up to 1 pound $7.00

2 to 3 pounds $11.00

4 to 5 pounds $16.00

Over 6 pounds $20.00
