Can I download the show if I'm not in the listening area?

Yes. Each week after my radio show, I will load digital files (.mp3 files) of my shows here on this page. You can simply save the digital files to your hard drive or portable mp3 player by:

  1. Right clicking on the file name and selecting "Save target as" or "Save link as" depending on your browser type.
  2. Then just the save the file in a folder on your desktop to listen to later.
  3. Or transfer the file to your favorite portable mp3 player for listening on-the-go.

To play the radio program on your computer, open the file on your computer where you saved "Healthy Choices" and click on it to listen to it on your mp3 player.

How do I download a FREE mp3 player, if I don't have one?

Most people have an mp3 player that comes loaded on their computer. There are dozens of mp3 players available.

You can download one FREE to your computer...if you don't have one already. Here are two you can choose from and download for FREE: Real Player or Windows Media Player. Just click on a link and follow the self-guided instructions.

Has "Healthy Choices" ever been on the radio before?

Yes. From 1999 to 2006, I did a weekly two-hour radio program from an alternative and personal growth station in downtown San Francisco. During a portion of that program, I invited listeners to call in with their health challenges for a "body scan" and I would give them:

  • instant feedback on their body's number one health concern
  • along with nutritional changes they might make
  • plus, a suggestion for a supplement or two they might try
