How do I handle a return?

Please ship any used and unused portions of the products with their original packages and/or containers, plus your name and invoice or order number and date of purchase via prepaid postage.

Remember YOU are responsible for return postage.

If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to that card within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your goods.

If you paid by check, we will mail you a refund check or money order within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your goods.
