Shipping Policies & Procedures At Alternative Choices Healing Center, our goal is to give you an enjoyable shopping experience. We've done our best to make everything simple to do and easy to understand. All shipping and handling charges are calculated at the time of check out. Choose whatever delivery service and time frame suits your needs. There is a nominal charge for handling added to cover the costs of packaging. Shipping & handling companies for USA NOTE: If you have a P.O. Box, choose United States Postal Service ONLY. Otherwise, please provide your street address so that we can send your order to you without delay. USPS Priority (shipped via USPS, 2 - 3 business days average anywhere in the USA) International Shipping & Handling Canada Normal (Canada, 7 - 10 business days) Canada Expedited (FedEx 2-4 business days) Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 to 4 business days from date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Most orders do clear quickly and are delivered within the UPS estimated time. For all Canadian shipments, Alternative Choices Healing Center will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at Canada's local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Alternative Choices Healing Center will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Alternative Choices Healing Center will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. NOTE: Orders to Canada have a $9.95 surcharge. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and elsewhere may require additional shipping charges. The shipping amount indicated will not reflect actual shipping charges when you check out; you will be contacted to obtain your approval of the final shipping charges prior to the order processing. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Alternative Choices Healing Center will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. NO orders ship on Saturdays or Sundays and Holidays All Express Mail, FedEx and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone. In the event there is no one to receive/sign for your package on the first delivery, United Parcel Service (UPS) and most other delivery services will make two additional attempts to deliver, after which the package will be returned to ALTERNATIVE CHOICES HEALING CENTER. Packages delivered by UPS or any other carrier in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to your local shipper's office. Please retain the original shipping carton for the shippers verification and examination. Following their inspection of the package, the shipper will accept the damaged product(s) and handle all the details of the claim and will notify ALTERNATIVE CHOICES HEALING CENTER. You will need to work out with them if they will pick up the damaged package, or see if you need to drop it off at one of their offices. My office is in Arizona so if you live this state, 8.55% sales tax will be applied to your order. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery; we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
