If you've had a severe injury, a recent surgery or any other painful condition that needs accelerated recovery over an extensive area, you'll want to have a Light Pad. Its shape has earned it the nickname of a "large band-aid for the body."

• Apply it to any area of your body without holding it with your hands.
• Easy open and close velcro connectors or optional tie-strap connectors hold it in place, so your arms won't get tired holding it in place.
• It has a simple-to-read digital control unit (DCU) that attaches to the back of the Light Pad.
• Comes with two modes of operation: a solid setting--for pain--and two pulse settings (slow pulse - 266 cycle per second and fast pulse - 17,028 cycles per second)--for damaged tissue recovery.
• It is powered by a 6 volt AC/DC electrical adaptor that plugs into any regular 110V electrical outlet so you don't have to worry about batteries.
• The LED surface area is an amazing 9 in. x 5 in. The LEDs are configured using a special geometric pattern, which allows the light energy to effectively penetrate up to 8 inches deep.
• Hold it in your hand or attach it to your body, whatever position works best for you.
• The wings of the Light Pad can be folded up behind the LEDs, providing you with a nice compartment in which to insert your hand, if you prefer not to strap it on.
